Narrative:
Robert is an associate in the firm’s Belleville Office. Robert dedicated his time in law school as a member of the Moot Court Board, where he placed as a top oralist in a National Competition. Robert was inducted into the National Order of the Barristers, a national honorary association whose members demonstrate exceptional skill in oral advocacy and brief writing.
During his time with Boyle Brasher LLC, Robert has conducted all aspects of pre-trial litigation in both state and federal court, as well as second chaired a medical negligence case in St. Clair County. Robert’s main areas of practice is the defense of railroads, hospitals, and long-term care facilities in all aspects of litigation, up to and including trial. Robert also represents local municipalities, drafting legislation and reviewing public works contracts for some of the local governments in the metro east area.
In addition to his professional work for his clients, Robert is also dedicated to his family, serving on the board of his closely held family corporation.
